You can read OZJF without creating an account. Personal information enters the site mainly when you submit the contact form. This policy explains what that form collects and which outside services may receive ordinary web-request data.
Information you may submit
The contact form collects:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Organization, if you want to share it.
- Inquiry type.
- Your message.
- The page and language you used when you sent it.
OZJF does not offer public user accounts, comments, or an online donation checkout.
What happens to your message
OZJF uses the information to read, route, and respond to your inquiry. The page and language fields provide context when a message concerns a specific publication or translation. OZJF does not use contact-form submissions for behavioral advertising.
Third-party services on the site
The contact form runs through Formspree, which publishes its own security and privacy information. The site also loads hosted web fonts from Google. Those services may receive standard technical data from web requests, including an IP address, browser details, and request metadata.
If you click a link from OZJF to another site, that site follows its own rules.
Your choices
You may browse without submitting the form. For a question about information already submitted, use the contact page and label the message as a privacy request. This page does not promise a deletion period or retention schedule that OZJF has not published.
