What a report must show
Before citing a report, identify the question it answers, the sources carrying its central claims, and the limitations it acknowledges. Country reports should link to filings or other public records. Comparative reports should describe both common features and important differences. A report that does not support the claim you need should not be cited for that claim.
The Justice Department’s FARA database provides foreign-agent records. Congress.gov hosts federal laws and Congressional Research Service reports. The State Department’s Office of the Historian provides many treaty and diplomatic records. The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum is a major source for Holocaust history.
The review date shows when OZJF last assessed the English page. Open the primary source whenever exact language, legal status, or a time-sensitive fact matters.
