Event organizers need a reliable way to ask for a briefing, workshop, or public conversation without guessing which inbox to use.
Current status
The public workflow is still lean. For now, the useful information to send is the audience, topic, location, preferred date window, and whether the request is virtual or in person.
Before this opens
When the route is fuller, it should also show what kinds of events OZJF is prepared to support, how lead times work, and what follow-up materials an organizer can expect.
